Agana Rainwater was Sky Springs’ inaugural product, and was sold in stores from February 15, 2011 to December 15, 2015 in both liter and half-liter sizes. The water found in today’s Sky Springs products is the same as that found in the Agana products.
Agana means “rain” in the Native American language of Cherokee. The Raining Man featured in Sky Springs branding was inspired by the relationship between Native Americans and the rain including the “rain dance”.
Agana introduced the blue and orange color scheme and the three drops still found in our branding today. It was under the Agana brand that we won awards and the International Water Tasting competition across multiple years.
The product will always be cherished by Sky Springs, yet based on our market research and market feedback over many years, we decided to focus our energies on the Sky Springs brand.
